Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love your MEDiCARE purchase but if you want to return anything, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in any store even when bought at another store within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
In-Store:
When conducting a product exchange, you might be asked to exchange for a similar product at the same price, or pay an extra amount of money if the exchanged product costs more than the original one. We will not return the difference if the exchanged product costs less than the original one.
Customer refund types:
| If you originally paid in cash, you will have a full refund in cash. The type of payment you used when making the original purchase is shown on your receipt. |
| If you originally paid using your E-Wallet, then you will have a refund back into your wallet usually within the same day. |
If you paid using another payment type listed below then we are only able to process an exchange rather than a refund. The refund process on these types of payments is very complicated and can take up to 10 days for you to receive the refunded amount.

Products which are Non-Refundable:
Certain sensitive product categories cannot be refunded due to health & hygiene reasons:
| Prescription and non-prescription drugs. |
| Colored cosmetics (e.g., lipstick). |
| Underwear. |
Discontinued products bought at discount
MEDiCARE On-line Store
We hope you’ll love your MEDiCARE purchase but if you want to return anything, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us within 7 days of your successful delivery date
You can always return a purchase you made from the MEDiCARE On-line store directly to a store near you if this is more convenient. Just take the product and receipt with you and the store staff will process everything for you.
On-line process (after successful delivery):
| STEP 1: Log onto your “MEDiCARE VN”’ App or the MEDiCARE website and sign in |
| STEP 2: Click on ‘Purchase History’, locate your transaction and click on ‘Return or Refund Request’ |
| STEP 3: Review the refund & return conditions, click the relevant ‘tick boxes’ |
| STEP 4: Confirm your original payment type or key in bank or wallet account details if you paid ‘cash on delivery’ and click ‘submit’ |
| STEP 5: The MEDiCARE Help Desk will confirm return/refund approval within one hour during working hours giving you full details of what to do next. They will also confirm a refund to your bank account or wallet |
Please note: Once an on-line exchange has been completed it cannot be returned again for a second refund or exchange.
Customer refund types:
| Payments / redemptions made using E-Vouchers or Points to E-Voucher conversions (All types of E-Vouchers) cannot be refunded. |
| Payments / redemptions made using MEDiCARE Gift Vouchers or E-Vouchers purchased from partners such as Gotit, Ubox and Giftie will be refunded in full. Example. A 500k VND E-Voucher from Ubox was used then the full value of the 500k VND will be refunded. |
| Payments made using Bank Transfers, Credit / Debit Cards or E-Wallets will be refunded according to each bank's policy. Usually it takes between 3 to 7 working days to receive an electronic refund to your account. |
Return Shipping Fees:
| If MEDiCARE is at fault, for example we sent you the wrong product, colour, size or your shipment was damaged in transit or was close to expiry (20% of time remaining) then MEDiCARE will pay the return shipping fee. |
| If you change your mind and don’t want the product you received, then you will pay the return shipping fee. |
